As Vice President Customer Services for Elemental, Klayton Anderson is responsible for all post-sales customer services, including customer technical support, professional services, and education. Klayton has more than two decades of experience in the customer services industry across a wide spectrum of software and hardware segments.

Prior to joining the Elemental team, Klayton has occupied different customer success related positions including with: Matchmaker.com as Senior Administrator for the Network Operations Center in charge of the Customer Service Support center; The Assembly Co as Partner and Director of Operations; Sierra Springs Water Co as Sales Executive for Outside Sales/Corporate Sales; MGB Winston Inc. as Business Acquisitions/Restaurant Manager and Business Sale Customer representative.
